Clouds of Dreams : 100 years of American choral music
includes Leonard Bernstein Clarinet Sonata (soloist: Einar Jóhannesson)

An evening of great choral music that either originated from or has come out of the USA, although not all the composers are American.   Ola Gjeilo, for example, was born in Norway but has resided in the USA since 2001.  Other composers featured in the planned programme include Whitacre, Lauridsen, Hogan and Larsen.   Our special guest for the evening will be Icelandic clarinettist, Einar Jóhannesson (right).  More details to follow when the programme content has been finalised.
