Be a Sponsor for the Da Vinci Requiem

Click to download the documentThere is gathering interest in the significance of 2019 as the 500th anniversary of the death of Leonardo da Vinci.  Within a few days of the actual date (2nd May), Wimbledon Choral Society will be performing the world premiere of Cecilia McDowall's Da Vinci Requiem, commissioned by the choir, in the Royal Festival Hall on the 7th May, an event identified by The Times as one its cultural arts highlights of 2019.

As well as making use of such a prestigious venue for as wide a public access to the event as possible, WCS is also offering a variety of ways in which individuals and companies can get involved in this unique occasion.   Four levels of sponsorship are being offered that enable those individuals and companies to feel as if they are contributing towards a more tangible item rather than just a general pot - those four levels having been given the names of Prodigy, Virtuoso, Genius and Corporate.

For example, for a reasonable contribution of £100 (Prodigy Level), an individual can help sponsor one of the players from the Philharmonia Orchestra, which will be supporting us in the concert.   A move up to Virtuoso Level (£500) means the sponsor not only will be supporting the appearance of a soloist or the conductor but also will gain two top price tickets in the package.   Genius Level (£1000) includes four top price tickets and the opportunity to meet with Cecilia McDowall.   For corporates, bespoke packages will be put together to include tickets, hospitality and advertising.

Advertising opportunities in the concert programme will be available for anyone interested with deals starting at £300 for a half-page.

All the details are shown on the poster that can be downloaded by clicking on the image above.   In addition, further information and queries about these offerings can be addressed to the choir's Marketing Officer, Damian O'Malley, by email.
