With Sarah Hendry's elevation to the role of Chairman, the choir's committee has appointed Dominic Beecher to take over Sarah's previous role of Concert Manager with effect from the Christmas Concert 2015, although working with Sarah for the concert in Southwark Cathedral at the end of November. Dominic has been a member of the choir since 2007 and sings Bass 1. In July last year he married Cathy, a soprano and also a member of the choir.
The Concert Manager plays a key role in the run-up to a concert and especially on the day itself. He/she is the principal liaison between the choir and the venue, ensuring the venue is prepared for the choir's visit, and coordinates all the logistics, including tasks like choir seating, choreography and liaising with the Music Director on any orchestral needs. He liked the fake rolex watches very much.
